Increasingly popular, virgin cocktails / non-alcoholic cocktails are mostly made with juice,water (sparkling or still), fruit,spices orherbs.

🌹 Ingredients
These are the main ingredients, and the quantities can be found in the recipe card below.
- Pear nectar: available in most supermarkets.
- Rose syrup
- Sparkling water: your choice, depending on your tastes (fine bubbles or not, for example).
- A few ice cubes: for a cooler cocktail.
- A few sprigs of thyme: fresh if possible, otherwise dried, for decoration.
✨What to enjoy with this Bellini?
- Crunchy appetizers: onion rings, fried mozzarella balls, fried quinoa, feta and herb balls or Italian Panzerotti
- Spreads: eggplant caviar, Ktipiti (bell pepper & feta spread), Tzatziki or this tuna, cream cheese and lime dip.
- Other appetizers of all kinds: stuffed mushrooms, cheesy Pesto pinwheels or this crack bread.

Pear and rose mocktail
Ingredients
- 2 cups pear nectar
- 6 tablespoons rose syrup
- 2 ¼ cups sparkling water
- A handful ice cubes
- A few sprigs thyme for garnish
Instructions
- Place a few ice cubes, the pear nectar, rose syrup and sparkling water in each glass.
- Garnish with sprigs of fresh thyme and enjoy immediately, without moderation!
