    Cheesy Pesto pinwheels

An ultra-easy aperitif that's ready in 15 minutes. Convenient for last-minute guests!
    Servings 20 pinwheels
    Prep Time 5 minutes mins
    Cook Time 15 minutes mins
    Total Time 20 minutes mins

    Ingredients

    • 1 puff pastry
    • 2-3 tablespoons sun-dried tomato Pesto
    • 2-3 tablespoons basil Pesto
    • 2-3 tablespoons grated Swiss cheese
    • 1 egg yolk

    Instructions

    • Roll out your puff pastry on the work surface, then cut it lengthwise into strips. Cut in half widthways.
    • Spread Pesto Rosso on one strip. On another, Pesto Alla Genovese and on a third, grated Emmental cheese. Repeat until you've used up all the strips.
    • Finally, roll up the strips on themselves, brush with egg yolk on top to brown them, and place it in your oven for 15 to 20 minutes, at 392°F/200°C (each oven is unique, so after 15 minutes, check that nothing is burning).
