These are the main ingredients, and the quantities are in the recipe card below.
- Tuna: take a good quality one, as it's the fundamental ingredient in the recipe. I recommend tuna crumbs in extra virgin olive oil.
- Cream cheese: creamy and melting, it's the ideal cheese for this recipe!
- Fresh herbs: chives, dill and parsley.
- Ginger: I recommend using fresh ginger that you grate at the last minute - it's so much better!
- A lime, for a slightly tangy touch.

- Drain the tuna well, then mix with the cream cheese.
- Remove the ginger skin by scraping with a teaspoon.
- Then add the finely chopped herbs, grated fresh ginger and the juice of half a lime. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.

5-minute tuna dip
Ingredients
- 1 cup tuna in olive oil extra virgin olive oil if you find some
- ⅔ cup cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon chives
- 2 tablespoons dill
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger
Instructions
- Drain the tuna thoroughly, then mix it with cream cheese.
- Remove the ginger's skin by scraping it with a small spoon.
- Next, add the finely chopped herbs, freshly grated ginger, and the juice of half a lime. Taste, and adjust the seasoning according to your tastes.
Notes
