📖 Recette
Cheesy Pesto pinwheels
Ingredients
- 1 puff pastry
- 2-3 tablespoons sun-dried tomato Pesto
- 2-3 tablespoons basil Pesto
- 2-3 tablespoons grated Swiss cheese
- 1 egg yolk
Instructions
- Roll out your puff pastry on the work surface, then cut it lengthwise into strips. Cut in half widthways.
- Spread Pesto Rosso on one strip. On another, Pesto Alla Genovese and on a third, grated Emmental cheese. Repeat until you've used up all the strips.
- Finally, roll up the strips on themselves, brush with egg yolk on top to brown them, and place it in your oven for 15 to 20 minutes, at 392°F/200°C (each oven is unique, so after 15 minutes, check that nothing is burning).
