An Indian drink with many virtues
Used for hundreds of years in Ayurvedic medicine, this is a drink with a proven track record. And thanks to a blend of spices (turmeric, cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, vanilla) and herbs, tonight you'll fall into Morpheus' arms totally relaxed and sleep like a baby. A fine program for a Sunday evening, don't you think?
Numerous variants
There are many variations on this recipe: some with coconut oil, some without, some with ashwagandha powder, some without... This is my favorite recipe 🙂
Poetry
For a more poetic touch, I've added edible flowers (linden or mallow, for example) as a topping. It's poetic and exacerbates the cocooning aspect, I think!
If you make this Moon Milk, it would be so nice to leave me a comment and rate the recipe ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. You can also tag me on Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook or Tik Tok, or even send me a photo, I love seeing my little dishes in your homes!
