    💙 Why you'll love them

    • They are extremely easy to make.
    • They require very few ingredients.
    • They are suitable for the dairy-free diet.

    🥓 Ingredients

These are the main ingredients, and the quantities can be found in the recipe card below.

    • Green beans: choose fresh ones if possible. If not, frozen foods will do the trick, but I recommend avoiding canned foods, which are far less tasty and healthy!
    • Smoked bacon: available in most supermarkets. You can also buy it at a butcher's for a better taste!
    • Garlic - if you want to choose your garlic carefully so you do not encourage the slavery of Chinese prisoners, read my Eco Tips on the subject.
    • Vegetable stock, in which your green beans will cook. That's what's going to make them even more delicious. You can make your own by following this delicious recipe.

    ✅ Vegan and gluten-free version

    • To make this recipe vegan, simply replace the smoked bacon with vegan bacon (yes, there is such a thing!).
    • To make this recipe gluten-free, simply check that your salt and pepper are gluten-free.

    💡 Frequently Asked Questions

How to reheat green bean bundles?

I recommend reheating them in a frying pan: in the microwave, they might soften, and in the oven, they might overcook.

How to make green bean bundles without bacon?

You can either replace it with veggie bacon or a bit of string, which you can cut when you're ready to eat.

    ❄️Store

You can store these green bean bundles for about 3 days, in an airtight container in the fridge.

    😋 Other delicious sides

    • Delicious Hasselback potatoes
    • Simple egg fried rice
    • Garlic Parmesan smashed potatoes
