    🇬🇷 An authentic Greek recipe

This traditional and authentic Greek salad is made with fresh vegetables (cucumber and tomato), olives, red onion and feta, the Greek cheese par excellence. Some people even add green peppers and capers. In short, we'd like to thank Mediterranean cuisine for this colorful, flavorful dish that can be prepared in just 5 minutes, with no cooking required!

💙 Why you'll love this Greek salad

    • It's ultra-quick (5 minutes) and no-bake
    • It's made up of ingredients that are easy to find and use
    • It can be stored for several days, making it ideal for batch cooking.

✅ A recipe suitable for gluten intolerant/allergic people

There is no gluten in the ingredients of this recipe, apart from the occasional salt or pepper. So be careful, and look closely at the labels.

Cheeses are normally gluten-free, but highly processed dairy products may contain gluten. If you're not sure about feta cheese, you can try fresh goat's cheese or cream cheese. In any case, always check the labels carefully.

🐹 Are there any vegan alternatives?

Making this recipe vegan is very simple: just replace the feta cheese with the vegan cheese of your choice. And that's all there is to it!
