A recipe that has evolved over the centuries
Legend has it that the mojito was born in the 16th century, when an English privateer plundering Havana took a liking to tafia (industrial rum) with mint leaves. 4 centuries later, the recipe evolved to become the one we know today: tafia was replaced by rum and lime was added to the ingredients.
A Cuban emblem
This cocktail is Cuba's signature drink...but it's also the most widely consumed cocktail in France!
Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health, and should be consumed in moderation.
