Easy traditional Greek salad (Horiatiki)
Ingredients
- 3 fresh tomatoes
- 1 large cucumber
- 1 red onion
- 5.25 oz feta cheese
- 25 fresh mint leaves
- 20 Kalamata olives
- 6 tablespoons avocado oil
- 3 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon fresh dill fraîche
- 1 teaspoon fresh chives fraîche
- ½ teaspoon salt or to taste
- ½ teaspoon black pepper or to taste
Instructions
- Rinse and dice the tomatoes, cucumber and red onion in a large dish.
- Cut the feta cheese into large cubes, rinse and chop the mint leaves and place in the dish with the black olives.
- In a small bowl, mix the avocado oil, balsamic vinegar and finely chopped dill and chives. Add to the salad, season with salt and pepper, and enjoy!
