    An easy and delicious snack

    Simply peel the pears, cut them in half and add the spices and maple syrup on top. Afterwards, bake in the oven and enjoy a delicious snack! You can enjoy them on their own or with fromage blanc and toppings if you like.

    Simple baked pears with maple syrup

    A quick and easy recipe for a delicious snack with these oven-roasted pears with spices and maple syrup.

    Ingredients

    • 2 pears
    • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
    • 1 pinch cinnamon
    • 1 pinch vanilla
    • 1 ½ cups Greek yogurt

    Instructions

    • Preheat your oven to 392°F/200°C in natural convection mode. Peel and core your pears, then cut them in half.
    • Place on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Drizzle with maple syrup, sprinkle with cinnamon and vanilla and bake for 25 minutes.
    • Place the Greek yoghurt, roasted pears and toppings of your choice in a bowl and enjoy!
