It can happen and it took me a long time to find the solution.
If you want to sort it out, I recommend rolling out your dough in your baking tin with a rolling pin, then putting it in the freezer for an hour or two. Then place it directly in the hot oven, where the thermal shock will prevent the edges from coming away!

Parmesan shortcrust pastry
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ¾ ⅛ cups softened butter
- 1 pinch salt
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Mix the flour, soft butter cut into small cubes, a pinch of salt and Parmesan cheese.
- Knead well, then add the egg and mix well again: the dough should be smooth and not crumble.
- Form into a ball and chill overnight if possible, otherwise for at least 2 hours.
- 30 minutes before use, bring the dough out to room temperature so that you can roll it out.
- Roll it out with a rolling pin in your baking tin, pre-bake it for 15 minutes at 355°F/180°C, then fill it with whatever you like and bake it until the filling is cooked (this will depend on what you choose for the filling).
