😋 Le Ktipiti: we fly to Greece

This Ktipiti is as delicious as it is simple: just cook the peppers and blend them in a blender with the other ingredients. Simple, effective...but above all delicious!

    💡 Frequently Asked Questions :

When can red peppers be eaten?

    From June to September included!

    How to store ktipiti?

You can keep this recipe in the fridge for 48 hours, but it may harden slightly. Don't hesitate to add a drizzle of olive oil just before serving, to loosen it and make it more supple.

    Can ktipiti be frozen?

I don't recommend freezing this recipe, as it will be very runny when defrosted.

    What to eat with ktipiti?

You can enjoy it as an aperitif with crunchy vegetables, baguette, pitas or French mini blinis.
But Ktipiti can also be used as a sauce: one day I added it to a pasta dish and it was absolutely divine!
