- If you have a juice extractor, this is the ideal way to make it. It will keep all the nutrients of this ginger shot intact. Otherwise, a blender will do the trick!
- Drink it through a straw: this is important, as it's quite strong and can damage your tooth enamel.

Ginger and turmeric shots
Ingredients
- 1 ¾ tablespoons fresh ginger
- 1 ½ tablespoons fresh turmeric
- 9 tablespoons fresh orange juice
- 2 ¾ tablespoons water
- 4 ½ teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoons honey good quality
Instructions
- Peel the fresh ginger using a small spoon, and the turmeric using a knife.
- Place in juice extractor or blender, squeeze oranges and lemon.
- Mix everything together in a container, add the honey and water, and enjoy!
