A breakfast straight from Scotland
Porridge doesn't come from here, it was born in Scotland. It's a very nourishing meal, ideal before a hard day's work!
A vital meal
I don't know about you, but if I don't have breakfast in the morning, I'm like a car without petrol!
So what better way to start the day than with a tasty, balanced, seasonal meal?
A quick, seasonal and vegan recipe
In this ultra-quick recipe (ready in less than 15 minutes), I chose to use seasonal fruit and I preferred to use almond milk rather than cow's milk, but you can totally adapt according to your preferences.
Also, almond milk is more easily digestible than cow's milk because it contains less fiber and more water, so it's a perfect alternative if you're vegan or don't tolerate cow's milk well.
Which chocolate to choose?
Dark chocolate - fairtrade if possible. Discover the Eco Tips I wrote about chocolate!
When do you eat pears?
From August to March included!
