    🥰 Ultra-creamy express ice cream

    What better way to cool off in the summer than with an ice cream? If you don't have an ice cream maker, don't panic: nice cream, made with frozen banana slices, can be made in a blender. Ultra-creamy, they are infinitely adaptable (recipe for mango nice cream here), ready in less than 5 minutes and allow you to use up your stock of over-ripe bananas. Add the toppings of your choice and enjoy!

    • Almond milk: or the milk of your choice (coconut, soy, hazelnut, rice, oat, etc.).
    • Frozen bananas: sliced, they're the basis of nice cream.
    • Red fruit: raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, redcurrants, etc. You can also use mango instead of red fruit in this nice cream.

    When to use nice cream?

    Once you've made it, I recommend you eat it straight away, as it will melt quickly. If you want to put it back in the freezer, be aware that it also hardens very quickly (so anticipate the slight thawing time before you want to enjoy it).

    The ones you like: mint leaves, coconut chips, puffed quinoa, edible flowers, fresh fruit, etc...
