🥰 Chef's tips
- I recommend using a mandolin to obtain chips of the same thickness and as thin as possible: they will cook faster.
- If you don't have one, you can use a knife, but try to be as regular as possible.
- Use your oven's fan-assisted mode for baking: it will provide even heat and potato chip, well-cooked apple potato chips.
- No need to add sugar, apples are naturally sweet.

Healthy baked apple chips
Ingredients
- 2 apples Red Delicious, Pink Lady/Cripps Pink (my favorites), Gala, Fuji, Jonagold or Braeburn.
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 240°F/115°C in fan-assisted mode. Meanwhile, cut your apples into thin strips and remove their cores (no need to peel them).
- Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and brush each one with a pinch of cinnamon.
- Place in the oven for 1h30 to 2h (depending on the thickness of your slices), turning the chips halfway through cooking.
- Once cooked, leave them to cool for 10 minutes (this is when they take on the crisp, crunchy consistency of potato chips), then enjoy!
