- Parmesan cheese - I really recommend buying a block of cheese and grating it yourself at the last minute for maximum flavor. As a descendant of an Italian family, I'd really advise you to avoid pre-grated Parmesan cheese in bags.
- Ground beef - you can replace it with hot Italian sausage, ground chicken or ground turkey according to your tastes.
- Optional - if you want a slight spicy taste, add some red chili flakes.

- Pour olive oil in a large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Sauté onion for a couple of minutes.
- Add the ground beef and let it cook for a few more minutes.
- Then add garlic powder, Italian seasoning
- And tomato sauce.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Preheat your oven at 390°F/200°C in natural convection/static heat mode top and bottom.
- Meanwhile, place the pasta in a lot pot of water and cook according to the package directions.
- Prepare the Alfredo sauce: melt the butter in a pan. As soon as it begins to melt, add the garlic and leave to cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Then switch to low heat, add the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.
- Mix for 2-3 minutes so the cheese melts perfectly.
- Place the cooked Spaghetti in a baking dish, pour the Alfredo sauce over it and mix.
- Add the beef mixture and shredded mozzarella cheese. Place the whole dish in the preheated oven for 5 to 10 minutes, until the mozzarella cheese is completely melted.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley and enjoy!

- Freezing - place each portion in a freezer bag and pop into the freezer, with the date and recipe name.
- Defrosting - place what you want to eat in a preheated oven (320°F/160°C) for 10 to 15 minutes, until perfectly hot.

Ingredients
