This smoked salmon verrine is as easy to make as it is elegant, and is the perfect starter for Christmas Eve. Tasty, creamy and full of freshness, this little appetizer is sure to seduce your guests. No cooking, few ingredients and, what's more, it's very light!

Smoked salmon verrines
Ingredients
- 8,5 oz smoked salmon
- 2,8 oz creme fraiche
- 2,5 oz cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon dill
- 1 teaspoon chives
- ½ lemon
- ½ teaspoon black pepper or to taste
Instructions
- Finely chop the smoked salmon and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, creme fraiche and black pepper.
- Thinly slice the dill and chives and add them. Spoon the mixture into the glasses, add the sliced smoked salmon and a few drops of lemon juice. Enjoy!
