Fruits, maple syrup & flaked almonds

In this sublime recipe, the fruit cooked in the maple syrup is meltingly soft, contrasting with the flaked almonds, which add a crunch we love! When they come out of the oven, the fruit is caramelized and juicy, and I swear it's simply divine...

Pie on a plate with a fork, and in the background the pie in a dish.

    Fast and super easy

This tart takes less than 10 minutes to make (just enough time to cut the fruit into strips), and then all you have to do is pop it in the oven! Super simple, isn't it?

    When do you eat plums?

Their season is fairly short, so make the most of it: from July to September inclusive.

    And nectarines?

Even shorter, they can only be enjoyed in August and September...
