Eggplant caviar and burrata pasta
Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons eggplant caviar
- 7 oz pasta
- 2 burratas
- A few fresh basil leaves
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook your pasta for the time indicated on the packaging, then drain.
- Place pasta, eggplant caviar, one burrata per plate and a few fresh basil leaves on each plate. Add salt, black pepper and enjoy!
