    Creamy pasta with a fresh sage-infused butter sauce, served with melting Parma ham and Parmesan cheese.

    Ingredients

    • 190 g pasta
    • 2-3 tablespoons sage leaves
    • 140 g unsalted butter
    • 1 poil de Espelette pepper
    • 1 handful pine nuts
    • 4 slices Parma ham
    • 30 g Parmesan cheese freshly grated
    • ½ teaspoon salt
    • ½ teaspoon black pepper

    Instructions

    • In a large pot of boiling water, cook your pasta for the required time.
    • Meanwhile, melt the butter in a frying pan and add the sage leaves. Cook, stirring often, until the butter turns nutty. Season with fleur de sel and pepper.
    • Drain the pasta, pour into the pan with the sauce and mix well.
    • Serve and garnish with Parma ham, Espelette pepper, pine nuts, a sprinkling of Parmesan and a few fresh sage leaves.
